InSet™ 70 Humeral Stem
The latest addition to the InSet™ Humeral Stem System is a 70 mm, canal-sparing stem available in five sizes to better match patient anatomy while preserving bone and improving alignment. By minimizing canal preparation, it may also help reduce blood loss and post-operative pain.
In the reverse configuration, the construct incorporates a lateralized stem and leverages InSet™ tray technology, together aiming to refine biomechanics and enhance range of motion (ROM).
For anatomic shoulder arthroplasty, typical uses include non-inflammatory degenerative joint disease (osteoarthritis and avascular necrosis), rheumatoid arthritis, correction of functional deformity, traumatic arthritis, and revision of other devices if adequate bone stock remains.
For reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA), indications similarly include non-inflammatory degenerative joint disease (osteoarthritis and avascular necrosis), rheumatoid arthritis, irreparable rotator cuff tears with or without arthritis, correction of functional deformity, traumatic arthritis, and revision procedures provided sufficient bone stock is present.
