Dr. Peter Johnston is an orthopedic surgeon in Leonardtown, Maryland. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Neurosciences at the University of Michigan and MD from Wayne State University. Dr. Johnston completed his Orthopaedic internship at the Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University School of Medicine, residency at the University of North Carolina and spent a year as a fellow at the Rothman Institute at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA sub-specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery.

Dr. Stephen Gunther is the founder of Shoulder Innovations, LLC. He received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School and pursued residency training at the George Washington University Hospital. He completed a fellowship in Shoulder surgery at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, Australia, and he was a faculty member at UCSF-Stanford as Chief of the UCSF Shoulder Service. He lives in Charlottesville, Virginia and is affiliated with the Sentara Health System.

Dr. Chuinard is an orthopedic surgeon in Traverse City, Michigan. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University, New Orleans. He completed his residency training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, followed by a Fellowship in Shoulder and Sports Medicine with Professor Pascal Boileau, in Nice, France.

He completed an Orthopaedic residency at Brown Medical School, followed by an Orthopaedic trauma fellowship at Brown. He completed an additional fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at Washington University in St. Louis.
